I created this piece specifically with color in mind, the subject matter evolved only after I landed on the color scheme I wanted. I love these Minmatar star gates and picking the golden Curses was an easy choice once I knew what the focal point would be. I used some new techniques (for me) in creating these piece and I also used this as a card illustration in the upcoming War For New Eden board game.
